Frank Roushar
President and Founder
Frank Roushar is a highly respected consultant and engineer in the paint
and coatings industry. During his 19 years of working within the industry, he has held positions ranging
from Process Paint Chemist to Finishing Manger improving the application of paints and coatings for companies that
include Modine Manufacturing, Trek Bicycle, and Bombardier Recreational Products, Process Engineering Manager for
Hentzen Coatings, a liquid and powder paint manufacturer, and Project Manager for International Thermal Systems (ITS) a paint
system equipment manufacturer. These experiences encompass the trifecta of the paint and coating industry with experiences
applying paint and coatings, manufacturing paint, and designign and building paint application equipment. These experiences
make Roushar Consulting ideal to resolve any of your paint and coating problems. Frank is experienced working with pretreatments, liquid and powder coatings, electrocoat systems. Most
recently, Frank designed and installed the first industrial application of Henkel Technologies new ECC process, which involves
the application of titanium oxides onto aluminum metals.
